Assassin’s Creed 3 Tyranny of King Washington Dates

You may have heard that there is going to be a three part alternative story called “Tyranny of King Washington” that will be out on February 19th. Now though, Ubisoft have announced a date for the other two alternative parts in the story.

Expansion Pack Details

The second installment will be named (The Infamy) and will be released to the public on March 19th. Finally, the third and final chapter in the story will be called (The Redemption) and will get a release date of April 23rd.

Every one of these dates are for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, also there will be a Wii U version of the 3 part story available in the eShop once announced. Assassin’s Creed 3 fans will no doubt be over the moon to hear about more extra content coming there way.

All of the packs will be sold for £5/$9.99, or alternatively you buy a season pass to get the lot for £20 or $29.99 respectively.

The Tyranny of King Washington Expansion Pack Overview

The Tyranny of King Washington is an expansion pack for the game Assassin’s Creed III, released as downloadable content (DLC). It presents an alternate history storyline set in an alternate version of the American Revolution, where George Washington becomes a power-hungry tyrant rather than a respected leader.

In this expansion, players assume the role of Ratonhnhaké:ton, also known as Connor, the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed III. The story takes place after the events of the main game, with Connor trying to stop George Washington, who has obtained the Apple of Eden, a powerful artifact that grants him immense control and influence.

The Tyranny of King Washington is divided into three episodes:

1. The Infamy: This episode introduces players to the alternate reality where George Washington has become a king. Connor must navigate this new world and confront Washington’s forces.
2. The Betrayal: In this episode, Connor allies with his former mentor, Achilles Davenport, and other resistance fighters to take down Washington. They explore new locations and uncover more about the conspiracy.
3. The Redemption: The final episode sees Connor on a mission to stop Washington’s reign once and for all. He must confront the tyrant in a climactic battle and restore balance to the world.

Throughout the expansion, players will encounter new enemies, locations, and abilities. The gameplay retains many of the mechanics from Assassin’s Creed III, including classic stealth, parkour, and intense combat. However, players will also have access to new abilities related to the alternate reality setting, such as the ability to temporarily transform into a powerful wolf.
