The action role playing game (Diablo 3) has now sold more than 12 million copies it has been revealed. Blizzard Entertainment will be overjoyed to hear of their games success. Not only that, it was also the best selling PC game of the whole of last year.
The popular video game was released amazingly 12 years after the previous version (Diablo 2) hit our PC screens. The franchise has still kept a hold of their fan-base though, as the figures clearly show. The epic fantasy role playing video game will be heading to the PlayStation 3 & 4 consoles soon too.
One of the key features was the real money auction house which was revolutionary in it’s own way. The feature did encounter it’s difficulties though, with constantly being taken down for maintenance and server issues.
The delays with the auction house did anger many of the games loyal fans and all came good in the end. Lets just hope that we don’t have to wait another 12 years for Diablo 4 to come out.
