Last year we saw a teaser image for Final Fantasy V, well now Square Enix have confirmed that the much loved fantasy game will be coming to IOS in late March and Android this summer. The only problem though, is these dates are for Japan, and Japan only!
There is to be a new port for the game that will be receiving all the content from the Gameboy Advance version. The only difference is that the actual visuals and graphics will be the same as Final Fantasy Dimensions. Which in any case is not a bad thing at all. The games text windows have also had a little tweaking done to them in order to bring them to life a bit more. They now look a lot sharper and more up to date than the previous versions. So far, there’s not been any mention what so ever of a release date for any other regions of the world.
This may change over the course of the year, and we anticipate that there will be a western release at some point in 2013.
