Sengoku Basara 4 Announced For The PS3

Sengoku Basara 4

Japanese game developers (Capcom) announced that Sengoku Basara 4 will be out in Japan in early 2014. The announcement got made at the Basara Festival 2013 in the Sumida City of Tokyo this weekend just gone.

Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes was the last game that was released in the series way back in 2010. The game was called Sengoku Basara 3 in Japan, so we should expect that an alternative name will be generated for the North American and European release like before.

Some of the names of the next title that have been cropping up are Enter a New Chapter and Sengoku Creation. You can expect the game to be out in Europe and North America sometime in 2014, but the exact season or date is so far unknown.

The official Basara website is expected to have announcements and details up from April 1st. Previous games in the series have come out on the PlayStation 3 and Wii platforms. So we expect to see the same with the latest entry once it has been released.

Until we’ve got more information, that’s all we can tell you for the time being. Check back to see the latest as we cover the news on the game throughout the year.
