Monster Hunter 3 Won’t Make It To The PS Vita

A thread found in the Capcom forums suggests that the hugely successful Monster Hunter 3 won’t be getting a PlayStation Vita version at all! The game has been massively successful in Japan on the PlayStation portable. Even so, The game developers won’t plan on making a move period.

Yuri Araujo who’s the communications specialist for Capcom computer entertainment come out with the news. Overall, Capcom have basically had a steady relationship with gaming giants Nintendo in regards to the Monster Hunter series.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate was released not so long ago on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. The next installment in the shape of Monster Hunter 4 will be out in Japan on the 3DS sometime this summer 2013. No official release date has been set as of yet however.

In Monster Hunter 3, players take on the role of a hunter in a vast and immersive fantasy world. The game revolves around hunting and battling various monsters that inhabit different environments. Players can choose from different weapon types, each with its own unique playstyle, and engage in thrilling combat encounters with these formidable creatures.

One of the key features of Monster Hunter 3 is its cooperative multiplayer mode, allowing players to team up with friends to take on the challenging hunts together. Collaboration and strategy are often required to defeat the game’s powerful monsters and acquire rare resources.

There is also a progression system where players can craft and upgrade weapons and armour using materials obtained from defeated monsters. These improvements are crucial for taking on stronger foes and advancing in the game.

The action role-playing game got a massive title update last month and is really popular among the gaming community. The overall sales figures for the PS Vita have been at best poor all around the globe. So that might be a crucial element as to why Capcom have decided not to launch their game on that platform.
