A massive new batch of screenshots for Killer is Dead have been released by Grasshopper Manufacture today! The images include disco balls, chain-guns and bonzai trees.

In Killer is Dead, players assume the role of Mondo Zappa, an executioner working for an agency called the Bryan Execution Firm. As Mondo, players embark on various missions to eliminate dangerous criminals and supernatural beings. The game combines hack-and-slash combat with elements of a third-person shooter, allowing players to unleash powerful attacks and utilize a range of weapons and abilities.
The gameplay of Killer is Dead features fast-paced action sequences where players must master Mondo’s combat skills and timing to take down enemies effectively. The game also incorporates a unique “Gigolo Mode,” which involves interacting with female characters to build relationships and unlock special abilities.
Visually, the title offers a distinct art style with cel-shaded graphics and a striking aesthetic. The game presents a mix of futuristic and surreal environments, creating a visually engaging and immersive world.

The game will be heading your way for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on 27th August for North America, and the 30th for Europe.
