COD: Black Ops 2 Vengeance Hits PC and PS3 Today

The third expansion to be released for hugely popular shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will now break the Xbox 360 exclusivity. The Vengeance DLC has been available on Microsoft’s console for a little over a month now, but it’s been launched on the PC and PS3 machines today.

So owners of any of the two console will be pleased to finally get their hands on the downloadable content, which has been available to Xbox owners since July 2nd. Players will be able to get access to four new multiplayer maps that are (Rush, Cove, Uplink and detour) with a zombie location also being added entitled Burried.

There’s also the Ray Gun Mark II that’s used for the Zombies mode and is a laser beam gun that simply destroys everything in it’s sight.

The Vengeance DLC will cost gamers 1200 Microsoft Points on the Xbox marketplace, or PC and PlayStation 3 users will have to pay £9.90/$14.99 via Steam for Windows and heading to the official COD website for the Sony PS3.
