In the first update, version 1.02 that came out on March 29th, the developers at Team Ninja fixed a few different issues.

They solved a bug where enemies would sometimes become invincible or disappear during combat. They also fixed a problem where players could accidentally lose the skills or tools they had unlocked.

If you had lost anything because of that bug, you’ll get it back when you download the update.

The next update, version 1.03 which launched yesterday on April 4th, addressed a couple more problems.

One was a bug that would trap players in the city of Yokohama after playing online multiplayer, not letting them go back to the main city of Edo.

There was also a frustrating issue where the player’s rifle weapon would stop working properly when switching between different ammo types. These problems will be fixed in your existing game saves once you install the 1.03 update.

Rise of the Ronin is an action RPG game set in old Japan, where you play as a samurai warrior without a master, called a “ronin”.

The game has been getting pretty good reviews since it launched on the PlayStation 5 back in March. Fans of other popular samurai games like Nioh and Ghost of Tsushima have been enjoying Rise of the Ronin’s take on that style of gameplay.

While it’s good to see the developers fixing these bugs quickly, some players were hoping the updates would also improve the game’s overall performance.

Unfortunately, the patch notes don’t mention anything about boosting the frame rate or other technical improvements.

Fans are still waiting to see if Team Ninja will address the game’s sometimes sluggish and uneven frame rate in a future update.

Overall, these first two updates for Rise of the Ronin have been focused on cleaning up some of the annoying little bugs that crept into the game at launch.

It’s a positive sign that the developers are committed to supporting the game and making sure players have the best experience possible.

Samurai game fans will have to keep an eye out for any further optimisations or new content that might come down the line.
