The Splinter Cell: Blacklist recommended and minimum PC requirements have been officially released by developers Ubisoft.

The vital difference between Ubisoft’s notes and Steam’s (which is located at the bottom of the page) is the minimum specs for the processor, as it’s 2.13GHz, and not 2.53GHz.
