Epic Quest to Rescue a Prince
Originally announced at Summer Games Fest 2023, The Lost Crown transports players to a vivid mythological version of ancient Persia. The story trailer introduces Sargon, a young warrior tasked with saving kidnapped royalty. As a member of the elite Immortals group, he must traverse the perilous Mount Qaf to find and rescue the missing Prince Hassan.
Along the journey, Sargon crosses paths with giant enemy snakes and cryptic figures warning of distortions in the space-time continuum. The striking visuals and landscapes draw inspiration from Persian folklore to create a mystical setting the franchise has never explored before.

Available across PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC (via Ubisoft & Epic Games stores), the demo offers an early glimpse one week before launch.

Metroidvania Action-Platforming
As a capable fighter, Sargon must battle mythical beasts and solve environmental puzzles on the quest to locate Prince Hassan. Ubisoft promises that The Lost Crown will blend fluid platforming, thrilling 2.5D combat, and intricate dungeons that unlock new areas Metroidvania-style.
Players can traverse handcrafted environments ranging from the grand Citadel of Knowledge to colourful Hyrcanian Forest vistas. The unique Persian mythology premise combined with nonlinear progression aims to provide an exciting, fresh Prince of Persia chapter for both loyal franchise fans and newcomers when it arrives in just over a month.
