Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, developed by MachineGames, is officially arriving on PlayStation 5 on April 17th, 2025.

The game, which originally launched on Xbox Series X/S and PC on December 9th, 2024, was highly praised for its engaging narrative and classic Indiana Jones action.
With the PS5 release date now confirmed, Bethesda has also detailed the various editions, pre-order bonuses, and early access options available to PlayStation users.

MachineGames has outlined three different PS5 editions available for pre-order:

PS5 Pro Enhancements and Upcoming Gameplay Update
Bethesda has also confirmed that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will support the PS5 Pro, although specific technical enhancements remain undisclosed.
However, the studio has announced a free gameplay update for all platforms, introducing new whip abilities:
- Open Season: Temporarily increases whip damage.
- Sleight of Hand: Allows Indy to disarm enemies and pull weapons towards him.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is shaping up to be one of the biggest Xbox-to-PS5 transitions of 2025.
The game’s Xbox exclusivity period lasted just over four months, aligning with Microsoft’s recent multiplatform expansion strategy.
Interestingly, Forza Horizon 5 is also set to launch on PS5 on 29 April 2025, just 12 days after Indiana Jones arrives on Sony’s platform.
Although, given their vastly different genres and target audiences, competition between the two is expected to be minimal.
Uncharted Crossover Skit Featuring Nolan North and Troy Baker
Bethesda also delivered a surprise promotional skit featuring Troy Baker (Indiana Jones in The Great Circle) and Nolan North (Nathan Drake from Uncharted).
The short 90-second video showcases the two iconic actors interacting in a playful crossover moment, celebrating the game’s PS5 release.
PS5 players are set to experience one of 2024’s most critically acclaimed titles, crafted by the team behind Wolfenstein: The New Order.
With its authentic Indiana Jones atmosphere, engaging gameplay, and an abundance of physical collectibles, the PS5 version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is shaping up to be a must-play adventure.
