Apex Legends Raise Hell Event Start Date and Rewards

Three dynamic characters in elaborate costumes stand heroically with dramatic blue and red lighting. "APEX Legends" and "Raise Hell Event" text are displayed.

Key Highlights:

  • Apex Legends Halloween takeover runs 14 October to 4 November 2025 on Kings Canyon at night.
  • Choose Reaper or Demon Wild Cards with unique perks; Rev Shells return.
  • Earn daily points for rewards, new Legendary skins, and Mad Maggie’s Apex Warrior Prestige.

Death came for Mad Maggie and she told it to get stuffed. That sets the tone for Raise Hell, a full Apex Legends Halloween event that flips Kings Canyon to night with eerie audio, Nessie balloons that double as launchers, and the odd loot-bin jump scare.

As detailed in a post by EA, the limited-time mode runs as Wildcard Trios from 14 October to 4 November 2025 and asks squads to choose a side before each match.

Reaper and Demon paths change how fights play out. Reaper Wild Cards lean into precision and tempo, offering faster movement, speedier reloads and short windows of guaranteed critical hits. Demon Wild Cards are pure force, granting infinite ammo, enemies exploding on knock and health gained while dealing damage.

Rotating perks round out the pool, including enemy reveals on knock, instant reload on knock, wall-running bursts, smoke on down that regenerates shields for your team and chained damage that spreads through clustered targets.

The mix feels closer to classic Fight or Fright energy, only with modern systems layered in.

Rev Shell grenades make a noisy comeback. These target-seeking ordnance lock on to nearby enemies and chase them down before detonating. They can be shot to trigger an early blast, which is the cleanest counter when you hear the spin-up.

In practice they change the pace of engagements by forcing players out of cover and making third-party pushes far sharper. Expect more displacement, faster collapses and fewer static bunkers.

Progression is straightforward. Earn Pumpkins through daily challenges that refresh every 24 hours and stack with Battle Pass progress, with a 2,050-point daily cap.

Spend them in the Reward Shop across both event weeks. Raise Hell Event Packs and the Store tab feature new Legendary skins for AshRevenantFuseOctaneCaustic and Horizon, while Mad Maggie headlines with her Apex Warrior Prestige skin, a themed finisher and the Chains of Command skydive trail.

Items are available via Apex CoinsCrafting Metals or event packs for the full duration.

A small patch lands alongside the mode. The Sentinel is re-enabled, Auras display the correct rank in the lobby, Mirage now earns proper EVO XP when a teammate uses their Class Perk. Whilst the Trident boost input returns to its pre-26.1 binding with a separate fix planned for air brake, and Maggie’s Wrecking Ball no longer crashes the game when thrown near a door.

Kings Canyon at night remains the draw. The lighting and sound sell the theme, launchers speed rotations, and the jump scares are a cheeky flourish rather than a time sink.

It is a confident seasonal swing that pairs spectacle with match-to-match chaos, and the Wildcard split gives squads a clear identity: cool-headed Reapers who take clean picks, or Demons who thrive on chain damage and knock-on pressure.
