After the much loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise got a reboot on the official Nickelodeon channel just last year, Activision have now got the rights to the video games. The gaming giants have teamed up with the famous cartoon company to release a new trilogy of video games.

They will be on there way to your console machines this summer in fact! All of the trilogy of games will be based solely on the TV show format.  It is a multi-year deal which will definitely see at least three new games of the popular Ninjas.

Nickelodeon specifically wanted Activision to take the helms as they said that they were the leader in the gaming industry. “You will be sure to see action packed exciting games from all three installments” Nickelodeon said.

No official game names or titles have been assigned just yet, but as we hear more on this development, we will let you (our readers) know.
