Atlus have been busy this week releasing bran new images for their upcoming Nintendo 3DS special enhanced edition of Devil Survivor 2. The full title for the game is Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2, but the majority of gamers are using the shorter version.
The tactical role-playing game is set for a move onto the Nintendo 3DS handheld console this summer. There will be a totally new scenario for players to play through upon the launch of the title. The developers have said that this will indeed feel like a completely new game entirely.
Much like the previous editions in the long running series, players will have to make choices and choose their own path and fate in the game. Different outcomes makes it all that more enjoyable and expands the lifespan of the game.
The only bad news however, is that Devil Survivor 2 will not feature any of the well know animated cut-scenes this time round. Instead, there will be a brand new opening sequence which will explain the storyline in full. The Nintendo 3DS version will be coming to retail stores near you this summer.
