COD: Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC Out Now on Xbox Live

Black Ops 2 Mob of The Dead

Treyarch have finally announced that the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC map pack is now available to download on Xbox Live. The downloadable content will cost 1200 Microsoft points to obtain.

The new add-on includes (Mob of the Dead) which is a brand new zombie mode that will keep gamers entertained for months. Also, there’s four new multiplayer maps for COD fans to enjoy.

The four new levels/maps will include a movie set, a music venue, and a town that is being overrun by waves of burning hot lava. The Mob of the Dead storyline is based on four criminals that are plotting to escape from the famous Alcatraz prison.

This beautiful piece of downloadable content really does excite us because of the fact that you can play in a world famous location such as the iconic Alcatraz prison. What’s more, two of the convicts are played by none other than Hollywood actors Michael Madsen and Ray Liotta. This is sure to excite the Call of Duty fan-base and mix things up a bit.

It’s not as simple as trying to escape from the prison, (which is hard enough by the way,) considering the prison is located on an island. You’re going to have to fight your way out of this one with hordes of flesh eating zombies out to get your blood.

If you want to acquire the Uprising DLC, then you can download it here from the Xbox Live marketplace. The Uprising map pack is expected to release on the Windows PC and PlayStation 3 in the coming months.
