Infinity Ward has finally confirmed that Call of Duty: Ghosts will be on it’s way to the Sony PlayStation 4 this fall. The game was originally scheduled for release on current and next-gen consoles. However, Activision and Infinity Ward had failed to confirm if the title would make it’s way to the PS4 until yesterday.
The developers tweeted to their followers the following message on the 22nd May:
@infinityward will Call of Duty: Ghosts be available on both the PS3 AND PS4?

With that tweet, they’ve confirmed officially that the next COD title will be available on both the PlayStation consoles.
Call of Duty Ghosts will have a totally new storyline that will grip an intense audience with it’s sublime game-play experience. New characters, locations and guns are all part of the upcoming features to be involved too.
The game will be powered by a next generation Call of Duty engine in an attempt to redevelop the series for the better good. The Xbox One version has also been confirmed to be in the works at the moment too. Although, unlike the other editions, the Xbox One gamers will have early access to some super cool downloadable content.
Call of Duty: Ghosts releases on November 5th for the next-gen platforms, as well as the Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows PC.
