A new character trailer for Tekken 8 has been released, showcasing the return of Jun Kazama in all her action-packed glory. This marks Jin’s long-lost mother’s first playable appearance in a mainline entry since Tekken 2, and from the latest gameplay trailer, it’s clear that she has not lost her touch.
The gameplay trailer exhibits Jun’s expertise in utilising Kazama-style martial arts to vanquish opponents of their evil. This, of course, entails giving them a thorough beating. Additionally, we witness a brief reunion between Jun and her former lover, Kazuya, which unsurprisingly goes as expected when a mother meets the father and repeat attempted killer of their son.

While it comes as no surprise that the tricky martial artist has retained many of her signature moves (including Art of Phoenix!), players will still need to watch out for those mids.
