Here you’ll find all the information that is available about the game at this present moment in time. More news will be on the way soon but for now lets’s take a deep dive into the upcoming racer.

Gameloft, a seasoned developer in creating responsive racing games for mobile devices through the Asphalt series, is now venturing into the PC and console gaming scene with Disney Speedstorm, their second project featuring the popular Walt Disney license. Their first one, the life simulation game Disney Dreamlight Valley, was well-received by the gaming community.

Right from the start, Disney Speedstorm exudes confidence in its racing mechanics, capturing the essence of a seasoned kart racer. The vehicles in the game are modelled after small cars, providing an authentic feel to the racing experience.

After being delayed from its initial 2022 release, the racing title was set to be launched sometime in 2023. However, recent updates from the developers reveal that players can now pre-order the game’s “Founder’s pack” to gain early access. Playing the racing title for free will be possible upon its regular release, but its launch date has yet to be announced. However, typical game release patterns suggest that early access only lasts for approximately a week before the official launch.

The pre-order options for the racer include three distinct Founder’s Packs: “Standard”, “Deluxe”, and “Ultimate”. These packs are priced at £24.99, £39.99, and £57.99, with each pack offering additional DLC content based on the amount spent. Here’s the official tweet sent out by Disney on Twitter below:

When it does finally arrive it’ll be available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch.
