Fortnite’s holiday season has been packed with major collaborations. From the quirky Skibidi Toilet memes to the festive arrival of Mariah Carey, Epic Games continues to keep its player base engaged.

Why Cyberpunk 2077?

The partnership between Epic Games and Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red seems natural, especially after CDPR’s shift to Unreal Engine for future projects.

Cyberpunk 2077’s DLC, Phantom Liberty, and its critical acclaim have further solidified the game’s place in popular culture.

This isn’t Fortnite’s first collaboration with CD Projekt Red; characters from The Witcher – including GeraltYennefer, and Ciri joined the game earlier. Keanu Reeves has also previously been in the battle royale title before with his famous John Wick character joining as a skin in season 1.

With Fortnite x Cyberpunk 2077, the futuristic vibes join the BR’s evolving multiverse. Players are eager to see how Epic Games will continue building momentum into 2025.
