A sequel has been officially confirmed for the hugely successful Tomb Raider reboot which was developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix. Phil Rogers, who’s the CEO for Square Enix in the Americas and Europe revealed the news via a blog post yesterday.
After mentioning in the post about next-gen versions of Thief and Final Fantasy XV, he went on to say: “I am also excited to reveal that we are well into development on a next-generation Tomb Raider sequel – something you may have heard about recently!”
The company also plan to launch most of their titles including the new Tomb Raider game onto tablet and mobile games as well. They also said that more is to be revealed in the coming months ahead, so gamers can look forward to receiving additional details on a collection of their titles.
