Nick Baker, one of the co-founders of XboxEra, disclosed info during a recent episode of the XboxEra Podcast. At around the 2 hour and 26 minute mark, he reveals that he has received information suggesting that the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake could be exclusive to PlayStation 5.

Jez Corden, Managing Editor at Windows Central, also attested to Baker’s claims. Revealing that he had heard similar rumours about Metal Gear exclusivity for PlayStation. Moreover, Corden hinted that Sony may have struck a deal with Konami. Which would give them the rights to Metal Gear, Silent Hill, and perhaps even a new Castlevania.
While it is confirmed that the remake of Silent Hill 2 will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive, the game will also be released on PC, albeit not for the first year.
