This open-world action-adventure promises to take players on a thrilling journey through the Star Wars universe, and now we know there’s even more content on the horizon!
Set to launch on August 30th, 2024 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, Star Wars Outlaws puts you in the shoes of Kay Vess, a clever and resourceful scoundrel navigating the galaxy’s criminal underworld.
You’ll be exploring diverse planets, engaging in space battles, and making choices that affect your reputation with various crime syndicates.
It was already hyped up to the maximum and with good cause. Now, Ubisoft has revealed details about the game’s Season Pass, which offers an abundance of extra content for eager fans. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Right from day one, Season Pass owners will receive the Kessel Runner character pack. This includes stylish new outfits for Kay and her trusty companion, Nix.
Players will also get access to an exclusive mission called “Jabba’s Gambit“. In this special quest, the infamous Jabba the Hutt himself will task Kay with collecting a debt from someone who owes him money.
It’s a perfect opportunity to see how Kay handles the pressure of working for one of the galaxy’s most notorious crime lords!
2 Major Story Packs
The fun continues after launch with two major story packs:
- Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card – Coming in Autumn 2024 In this exciting adventure, Kay is hired to sneak into a high-stakes Sabacc tournament. But things get complicated when she meets the charming gambler Lando Calrissian! This pack also comes with the Hunter’s Legacy and Cartel Ronin bundles, offering even more outfits for Kay and Nix, plus cool decorations for Kay’s speeder and her ship, the Trailblazer.
- Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate’s Fortune – Arriving in Spring 2025 Kay’s growing fame catches the attention of Hondo Ohnaka, a veteran pirate with old scores to settle. This story pack promises swashbuckling action as you help Hondo face off against a gang of ruthless pirates.
For those who can’t wait to start their galactic adventure, there’s good news! You can pre-order the game now and even play up to three days early on the 27th of August if you get the Gold or Ultimate Edition.
Pre-ordering also gets you the Kessel Runner Bonus Pack, which includes special decorations for Kay’s speeder and the Trailblazer.
It’s worth noting that while the Season Pass offers a lot of extra content, the two story packs will also be available for separate purchase. This means you can pick and choose which adventures you want to add to your game.
