Thanks to filing a complaint back in the month of May to the National Arbitration Forum, Microsoft have now officially acquired and from a complicated legal struggle.

This is all according to with a post published yesterday evening along with a screenshot which can be viewed below.

There was an event at the company’s HQ in Redmond, Washington back in May just after the announcement of the next-gen console and that’s when Microsoft decided to file an official complaint.

The computer giants didn’t want to register the domain name any earlier due to news websites potentially guessing the name of their upcoming next generation video games machine.

Microsoft are currently the only major platform owner that has their own domain names, as Nintendo don’t own and Sony do not own respectively.

The Xbox One console will be coming your way this November for £330 / $500.
