Duelist Outfit Jacket Star Wars Jedi Survivor

Key Highlights:

  • The Duelist cosmetic is a jacket only, with no matching shirt or trousers.
  • Its two linked chests are found at Rambler’s Reach Outpost on Koboh and the Array Channel on the Shattered Moon.
  • The first Duelist chest you open gives the jacket, while the second unlocks five additional colour palettes.

The Duelist jacket in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor can be obtained from one of two linked chests. One is inside a locked house at Rambler’s Reach Outpost on Koboh after recruiting T-1N8, while the other is in the Array Channel on the Shattered Moon.

Importantly, the rewards depend on the order in which you open them. The first of these two chests gives Cal the Duelist jacket. Opening the second unlocks its five additional material colour palettes.

How to Get the Duelist Jacket on Koboh

Head to Foothill Falls on Koboh and make your way towards the abandoned shack across the canyon. Use the nearby Relter to glide across, clear the Bedlam Raiders around the building and use Force Pull to open the entrance into the basement.

T-1N8 is inside. Speak to the droid to recruit them, then return to Rambler’s Reach Outpost.

T-1N8 will appear outside a previously locked house in the settlement. Speak to them again and the door will open, allowing you to enter and loot the Duelist chest inside.

If this is the first of the two Duelist chests you have opened, it awards the jacket. If you already opened the Array Channel chest on the Shattered Moon, this chest instead gives the additional colours.

If you are returning to these locations later, Fast Travel in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor can reduce the amount of backtracking between previously activated Meditation Points.

How to Get the Duelist Colours on the Shattered Moon

The second Duelist chest is in the Array Channel on the Shattered Moon.

Once you have reached the Array Channel, progress through the area until you encounter the section crossed by the large energy beam. After dealing with the droids and Bedlam Raiders, use the grapple point and wall-running sections to reach the raised platform containing the chest.

If you collected the Duelist jacket from Rambler’s Reach first, opening this chest unlocks five additional colour palettes. If this is your first Duelist chest, it gives you the jacket instead and the Rambler’s Reach chest will contain the materials.

For another jacket-only cosmetic, the Exile outfit and colours are found across Jedha and Koboh. Players looking for a complete clothing set can instead use our Commander outfit guide to find its jacket, shirt, trousers and colour materials.

How to Equip the Duelist Jacket

Once unlocked, open the pause menu and enter the Customisation tab to change Cal’s appearance. Select the jacket slot and choose Duelist, then select one of its available colour options once the additional materials have been found.

A Meditation Point or Workbench is not required. EA’s official customisation guidance confirms that Cal’s appearance can be changed directly through the main menu, while Workbenches are used for equipment such as lightsabers, blasters and BD-1.

Unlocked cosmetics also carry over into New Game Plus, allowing the Duelist jacket and its collected colour options to remain available during another playthrough.

Does the Duelist Outfit Have a Shirt or Trousers?

No. Duelist is a standalone jacket cosmetic and does not have matching Duelist shirts or trousers.

Finding both linked chests gives you the jacket plus five additional material colour palettes, providing six visual options in total when the original appearance is included.
