Baldur’s Gate 3 New Free Console Mods Are Now Live

Key Highlights:

  • Larian has finally approved 20 new Baldur’s Gate 3 console mods.
  • New subclasses, a subrace and even a Solo Leveling crossover are included.
  • Players can download all additions for free right now.

Larian Studios has rolled out another wave of approved Baldur’s Gate 3 console mods, giving PlayStation and Xbox players 20 fresh additions to download for free. The latest batch introduces new subclasses, expanded character customisation options and several powerful items, offering even more ways to reshape the award-winning RPG.

As first reported by GameRant, the latest console update includes content ranging from quality-of-life tweaks to entirely new gameplay options. Since console mods must be vetted by Larian before release, new additions continue to arrive in curated waves.

Among the biggest highlights is the Half-Elf, Half-Orc Subrace mod, which adds a brand-new playable lineage. Players also gain access to several new subclasses, including Way of the Crimson Fist for Monks, Way of Steel for armour-focused martial artists, and Oaths of the Hells, a fire-themed Paladin subclass.

Fans of anime will also spot a surprising crossover. The Solo Leveling Daggers mod introduces four progressive weapons inspired by the popular series, while Edward Kenway enthusiasts can equip a hairstyle inspired by the Assassin’s Creed protagonist thanks to the RoguishlyHandsomeHair mod.

Those looking for a less demanding experience can activate the God Hero mod. God Mode grants immortality and huge damage output, while Hero Mode offers powerful resistances and increased offensive capabilities.

Other additions focus on quality-of-life improvements and character customisation. New head presets, piercings, body scales for Draconic Sorcerers and a fix for interrupted musical performances all make the list. Players can even unlock 461 emotes through the More Emotes mod.

In my opinion, these regular console mod drops are one reason Baldur’s Gate 3 continues to thrive years after release. While Larian has largely finished developing new content itself, giving creators the tools to expand the game has allowed the community to keep adding fresh experiences without waiting for official DLC.

The modding scene has already grown into one of the biggest in RPG history. With more than 18,000 creations available on Nexus Mods, Baldur’s Gate 3 has quickly established itself among the platform’s most heavily supported games. Meanwhile, Larian has shifted its attention towards its next Divinity project, which the studio has previously said aims to surpass BG3 in scale.
