Available now, PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim four Monthly Games for September 2026, with Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes making up this month’s line-up.
Sony released all four on September 1 for Essential, Extra and Premium members. The official PlayStation Blog lists them as available through Monday, October 5, while current UK PlayStation Store pages show the offers ending at 08:00 UTC on October 6.
The September selection is also larger than August’s three-game Monthly Games line-up and carries a combined £139.96 standard UK Store value before any temporary discounts.

That total is based on each game’s normal PlayStation Store price rather than current sale pricing. Chained Echoes, for example, is temporarily discounted separately, but its standard UK price remains £19.99.
Sniper Elite: Resistance is the most expensive game in the September group.
Rebellion’s stealth shooter takes place alongside the events of Sniper Elite 5 and includes a full campaign that can be played alone or in online co-op. Axis Invasion also returns, allowing another player to enter a campaign as an enemy sniper, while competitive multiplayer supports up to 16 players.
MLB The Show 26 is the newest of the four major releases and is available only as the PS5 version through this month’s offer.
Sony is also giving PlayStation Plus members access to an MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle containing five The Show Packs, one Equipment Pack and a Jumpstart Choice Pack. That bonus remains available until October 6, one day beyond the Monthly Games window stated on the PlayStation Blog.
Wobbly Life provides the co-op option in the line-up.
The open-world sandbox supports up to four players locally or online and combines jobs, mini-games, story missions and free-form exploration across Wobbly Island. The PS4 and PS5 versions are both included.
Chained Echoes rounds out September with a single-player turn-based RPG inspired by 16-bit-era games.
Players explore the continent of Valandis using conventional party combat alongside large mechanical suits, while its current PlayStation Store rating sits at 4.45 out of five from more than 2,500 player ratings. Only the PS4 version is listed as the Monthly Game.
I think Chained Echoes is probably the sleeper pick of September. Sniper Elite and MLB provide the obvious headline value, but the line-up covers stealth, sports, co-op sandbox play and a substantial single-player RPG instead of leaning on one genre.
The Monthly Games also use a different entitlement model from Sony’s Extra and Premium Game Catalogue.
Once a Monthly Game has been claimed, it remains attached to the subscriber’s library and can be played whenever that account has an active PlayStation Plus membership. Game Catalogue titles instead remain accessible only while Sony keeps them in the rotating catalogue.
That distinction became particularly relevant in August, when PS Plus completed its staggered Game Catalogue rollout and Dying Light 2 simultaneously existed as both a Monthly Game and a Catalogue title.
September’s Extra and Premium Game Catalogue line-up has not yet been announced as of September 9. Sony’s latest official PS Plus catalogue announcement remains the August selection, so these four Monthly Games are currently the only confirmed new September claims available across every subscription tier.
The new selection follows July’s PS Plus Monthly Games, which included Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, For the King II and CrossCode.
Subscribers who want permanent Monthly Game entitlements should add all four September titles to their libraries before the October claim window closes, even if they do not plan to play them immediately.
