As Guardians prepare for the ultimate showdown with The Witness in the upcoming expansion The Final Shape, Destiny 2’s new season “Into The Light” offers a thrilling prelude. Bungie via a recent livestream has unveiled a brand-new social space called the Hall of Heroes, where players can gear up, earn exciting rewards, and revel in the nostalgia of beloved weapons from the past.

The Hall of Heroes: A Backstage Bash

Hilariously situated in the backstage area of the Tower, where decorations for events like The Dawning and Festival of the Lost are stored, the Hall of Heroes serves as Shaxx’s headquarters for Into The Light.

This unique location provides a fresh gathering spot for Guardians before they embark on their ultimate quest.

Among the chests scattered throughout the Hall of Heroes, players will find class-specific ones offering the coveted Gift of the Thunder Gods armour set.

Originally introduced in Season of Plunder, these armour pieces boast high stats, power levels, and enough energy to fuel advanced buildcrafting.

This provides a perfect boost for newcomers or returning Guardians as they prepare for The Final Shape.
