Battlefield 4 is developed by DICE (Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment) and published by Electronic Arts. It will be released as the sequel to Battlefield 3 and is part of the long-running Battlefield franchise.

The game is set in a modern military environment and features both single-player and multiplayer modes. The single-player campaign follows the story of Sergeant Daniel Recker, a member of an elite U.S. Special Forces squad known as “Tombstone.” Players engage in a series of missions across various locations, facing off against enemy forces and navigating intense combat situations.

One of the defining features of Battlefield 4 is its emphasis on vehicular warfare. Players can pilot various vehicles, such as tanks, helicopters, jets, and boats, adding an additional layer of strategic gameplay to the battles. The game also introduces “Levolution,” a dynamic and interactive environment that allows players to trigger events such as collapsing buildings, flooding streets, or changing the landscape during gameplay.
