Capcom has released the first Street Fighter 6 teaser trailer for Alex, giving players a brief look at The Man With No Allies as he squares up against Final Fight’s Hugo in a World Tour cutscene. The footage doesn’t showcase full combat yet, but it does confirm his return for Early Spring 2026.
Alex launches on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC (Steam) and brings back his familiar wrestling-meets-kickboxing style from Street Fighter 3, complete with a thick New York accent and logo styling that matches his original debut era.
As an observer of SF6’s DLC cadence, I find it notable that Capcom continues to lead with cinematic teasers before showing live gameplay. They did the same with previous additions, so I’d expect dedicated gameplay footage closer to launch.
Alex is the third Fighter Pass 3 character for Street Fighter 6. Sagat and C. Viper are already available, and Ingrid is set to round out the pass later this year.
