It marks the first major promotional beat for the forthcoming season and its heist-driven theme.
After the tropical biomes and prehistoric beasts of Season 3, Epic looks to freshen things up by diving into an Ocean’s Eleven vibe this time around. The hashtag #FortniteLastResort hints at indulgent villains and lavish locales. So expect thief-like characters and exotic weaponry galore when the new era dawns.
The trailer wastes no time spotlighting new figureheads, with social media sensation Khaby Lane featured prominently. His signature look transitions fittingly to the battle royale’s aesthetic – expect his emote game to be on point. Returning characters like Fishsticks also get makeovers, with the beefy Fish Thicc skin sure to go viral.
