Total Time: 1 minute
Pick Up Blue Request Outside Abandoned Factory

To start, collect the Blue Request Note from the machinery just right of the Merchant outside the Abandoned Factory. This begins the objective to kill 3 rats hiding within the factory interior.
Using the tips and screenshots below, hunt down and eliminate all 3 rodents. Then return to the Merchant to cash in your reward and complete Pest Control.
Rat 1 Location

The first rat lurks in the looping corridor near the exit to the Merchant. Listen for squeaking and watch the floor carefully.
Rat 2 Location

After climbing through the window with shattered glass, look for the second rat scurrying in circles in the next room. Quickly blast it before it hides.
Rat 3 Location

The third and final rat is by the two furnaces in the main factory chamber. It tries fleeing into a corner – cut off its escape!
With all 3 pests exterminated, head back and speak to the Merchant again to wrap up this quick but rewarding Blue Request. Thanks to your pest control services, the factory can resume regular operations!
This covers how to complete the Pest Control side objective by tracking down and eliminating all 3 bothersome rats. Check our other guides for more Resident Evil 4 Remake tips!
