Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 in Resident Evil 4 Remake requires Leon to find and destroy five blue medallions across the Quarry, Lake Jetty and Fish Farm during Chapter 3.
The first medallion hangs above the Quarry, the second is beneath the boat dock, and the remaining three are hidden around the Fish Farm’s wooden structures.
Shoot all five targets and return to the Merchant to claim 4 Spinels.
Where to Find the Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 Request
The Blue Request Note is attached to a wooden post near the southern entrance to the Quarry, beside the enormous suspended hammer.
Leon reaches this location in Chapter 3 after leaving the Church area and following the path towards the Lake.
- Objective: Destroy all five blue medallions.
- Area: Quarry to Fish Farm
- Reward: 4 Spinels
Collecting the note marks the medallion locations on the map, although the targets can also be destroyed before reading it.
This follows the Farm Blue Medallions request from Chapter 1, but covers a separate set of targets.
All Five Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion Locations
Medallion 1: Quarry Scaffolding
The first blue medallion hangs high above the northern side of the Quarry.
Stand in the main clearing and look towards the wooden scaffolding near the exit leading to the Merchant.
The medallion is visible from the ground, although its height makes it one of the more difficult targets to hit with a handgun.
Use a rifle if you want a more accurate shot, or wait for the handgun reticle to narrow before firing.
Medallion 2: Beneath the Lake Jetty
The second medallion is underneath the wooden dock where Leon discovers the boat needs fuel.
After leaving the Quarry and passing the Merchant, head towards the Lake Jetty. Stand on the dock and look back beneath the raised wooden platform.
If you cannot see it, move further along the dock or adjust your position until the underside of the structure becomes visible.
This medallion is at the Lake Jetty, not inside the Fish Farm. It is easy to overlook when searching only the Quarry and Fish Farm maps.
Medallion 3: Fish Farm Shack
The third medallion is inside a small wooden shack near the beginning of the Fish Farm.
After entering the area and dropping into the flooded section, climb back onto the wooden walkway and locate the shack with a life preserver hanging outside.
The third medallion hangs inside the wooden shack beside the life preserver.
The target hangs inside, above the barrels.
You can shoot it through the opening or move close enough to destroy it with the knife, saving a handgun round.
Medallion 4: Under the Fish Farm Walkway
The fourth medallion is hidden beneath a raised wooden walkway towards the western end of the Fish Farm.
Drop into the flooded area and turn back towards the structure you just crossed.
Walk underneath the platform and look towards the wooden supports and fencing. The medallion hangs below the walkway rather than above it.
Crouching or adjusting Leon’s position can make the target easier to spot.
Medallion 5: Fish Farm Wooden Wall
The fifth medallion is behind a section of wooden boarding towards the southwestern side of the Fish Farm.
Look for an opening between the planks near the raised walkway and ramp.
You do not need to enter the structure. Position Leon so the medallion is visible through the gap, then shoot it.
I would clear the nearby Ganados before attempting the last two Fish Farm targets. Both require more careful positioning than the medallion inside the shack, and uninterrupted aiming makes the search considerably easier.
The Fish Farm is also where Leon finds the Boat Fuel needed to use the boat at the Lake Jetty.
IMPORTANT: You must complete this request before the end of Chapter 5. The point of no return is crossing the rope bridge out of the Farm after rescuing Ashley, so make sure all five medallions are destroyed and the request is turned in before you leave that area.
How to Complete the Request and Claim the Reward
Once all five medallions are destroyed, the request objective is complete.
Return to the Merchant and report your progress. The Merchant awards 4 Spinels, which can be spent through the Trade menu.
If you are still missing one medallion, check the Lake Jetty first. Its target hangs below the dock and can be overlooked when searching the Fish Farm.
You can complete the objective without collecting the Blue Request Note beforehand. However, reading the note makes the hunt easier by revealing the target locations on the map.
