This Resident Evil 4 Remake merchant request begins soon after Leon leaves the Church and enters the Quarry region. A Blue Request Note pinned to the wall explains that five medallions are hidden across the Quarry and the connected Fish Farm. Reading the note marks each target on the map, allowing players to sweep through the two areas in one route.

Map of the Quarry and Fish Farm
Use the map above to familiarise yourself with the layout. Only one medallion is found in the Quarry, while the remaining four are scattered throughout the Fish Farm. All can be destroyed using Leon Kennedy’s handgun from sensible angles.
Medallion 1: Quarry Scaffolding
Stand in the centre of the Quarry and look towards the tall wooden scaffolding along the northern wall. The medallion hangs high above the platforms. Aim upwards and take a clean shot to destroy it.
Medallion 2: Under the Small Dock (Fish Farm)
After leaving the Quarry and entering the Fish Farm, walk down the wooden ramp to the water. Turn back towards the dock overhead and look underneath the planks. The second medallion is suspended beneath the structure.
Medallion 3: Life Preserver Shack (Fish Farm)
Head to the wooden hut with the life preserver hanging outside on its southeast wall. The third medallion is inside the shack. You can shoot it through the open window or step inside and use the knife to save ammo.
Medallion 4: Platform Underside (Fish Farm)
Move to the central wooden platform near the sloped ramp leading north. Instead of climbing the ramp, drop off the left side and crouch to look beneath the platform. The fourth medallion is tucked in the corner directly underneath.
Medallion 5: Southern Wall Structure (Fish Farm)
Travel south from the central platform. Look towards the wooden wall to the right of the steps that overlook the ramp. The final medallion hangs high on this wall. Shoot it to complete the set.
IMPORTANT: You must complete this request before the end of Chapter 5. The point of no return is crossing the rope bridge out of the Farm after rescuing Ashley, so make sure all five medallions are destroyed and the request is turned in before you leave that area.
Destroying all five medallions rewards four Spinels from the Merchant. These rare gems are used to purchase exclusive items, treasure maps, and equipment upgrades that cannot be bought with standard currency.
This is not to be confused with the blue medallions located in the village farm from the first RE4 Remake merchant request. This is the fifth request and covers the Quarry and Fish Farm areas later in the game.
