How to Start the Request

Destroy the Blue Medallions 6 is a side request found in Chapter 15 of Resident Evil 4 Remake, taking place in the Cliffside Ruins. While reading the corresponding Blue Request Note is optional, doing so will mark the Blue Medallions on the in-game map, making the task significantly easier.

Where to Find the Request Note

The Blue Request Note for this task is positioned to the left of the southwestern doorway that leads to Specimen Storage. Interacting with it will automatically add the medallion locations to your map.

• Found hanging from the ruins in the underground passage near the Staff of Royalty Treasure.
• Can be shot from the upper level by moving northeast from the doorway where the request note was found.
• Alternatively, climb down the ladder, follow the natural path, and spot it hanging to the right.

• Inside the underground passage, after passing through a narrow tunnel.
• Look through the northern rubble gap to spot the medallion.
